Product Returns

Product returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation, this helps eliminate lost returns and ensure that our returns procedure runs smoothly.

As we produce all of our products in the UK, we are able on occasions to make repairs and amendments to products that have been purchased directly from us.

As with distance selling regulations, we allow you to return goods for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, and within 30 days for an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process, although this time is usually much shorter. Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition and must not be missing any tags, especially with George and Dotty where the security tag must be kept in place until you have decided to keep the product.
